Adab Sebagai Pembentuk Ucapan dan Perilaku: Ditinjau Dari Perspektif Pendidikan Karakter dan Pendidikan Islam

This study aims to analyze the role of adab in shaping speech and behavior and to explain strategies for developing civilized individuals from the perspectives of character education and Islamic education. The study employs a systematic literature review with content analysis of 15 selected sources published between 2015 and 2025. The findings indicate that: (1) adab serves as the foundation for developing polite, honest, and responsible speech through the internalization of moral and spiritual values; (2) adab shapes behavior through the habituation of ethical values integrated into everyday life; and (3) developing civilized individuals requires the integration of religious education, role modeling, habituation, and sustained support from family, school, and community environments. This study concludes that adab is a central concept in character education and Islamic education that needs to be strengthened through a holistic and contextual approach, particularly in addressing the challenges of contemporary digital communication.

Pengaruh Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Rahmatan Lil ‘Alamin terhadap Religiusitas Siswa

This study examines the influence of Islamic Religious Education teachers’ roles and the Rahmatan Lil ‘Alamin Student Profile Strengthening Project on students’ religiosity at MTs Muhammadiyah Karangkajen Yogyakarta. A quantitative correlational design was employed involving 257 students from grades VII–IX selected through proportional sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires, including a validated instrument for teachers’ roles adapted from Nur Azizah (2021), and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that both variables simultaneously have a significant effect on students’ religiosity (p < 0.001). Partially, teachers’ roles have a stronger influence compared to the project implementation. Teachers’ roles as educators, mentors, motivators, and role models significantly contribute to religiosity development, while the Rahmatan Lil ‘Alamin Project supports experiential internalization of Islamic values. The findings highlight that religiosity formation is shaped by both instructional and program-based interventions. This study contributes to Islamic character education literature by providing empirical evidence of integrated factors influencing religiosity in madrasah contexts.

Analisis Pengaruh Pelatihan, Penilaian Kinerja Dan Remunerasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru di MIN 3 Kota Tangerang Selatan

This study aims to analyze the influence of training, performance appraisal, and remuneration on teacher performance at MIN 3, South Tangerang City, while identifying factors that support and hinder their implementation. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with a field research approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included teachers, the vice principal for public relations, and the vice principal for curriculum. The results indicate that the implementation of routine training (2-4 times a year) and performance appraisal through structured academic supervision have been successful and have contributed significantly to improving teacher pedagogical competence and professionalism. However, the remuneration system has a relatively limited impact on performance motivation because the existing scheme is still administratively standardized without performance-based financial incentives, forcing madrasas to optimize non-financial rewards. This study provides practical implications for madrasa administrators to synergize competency development and a supportive evaluation system to achieve superior and sustainable educational quality.

The Relationship Between Parental Involvement and Students’ Academic Achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Bekasi

This study aims to analyze the relationship between parental involvement and students’ academic achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Attaqwa 26 Bekasi. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational survey method. The sample consisted of 130 parents selected using random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The instrument was tested using validity and reliability analysis, resulting in a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.988, indicating very high reliability. Data analysis used Spearman’s rho correlation because the data were not normally distributed. The results showed a correlation coefficient of 0.830 with a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05), indicating a very strong and significant positive relationship between parental involvement and students’ academic achievement. The coefficient of determination showed that parental involvement contributed 68.89% to students’ academic achievement, while 31.11% was influenced by other factors. The dominant dimensions found in this study were volunteering, decision making, and collaborating with community. These findings indicate that higher parental involvement is associated with better academic achievement among students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Attaqwa 26 Bekasi.

Implementasi Buku Abacaga dalam Pengembangan Kemampuan Literasi Permulaan Anak Usia 5–6 Tahun

This study aims to analyze the use of the Abacaga book in developing literacy skills of children aged 5-6 years at SPS Flamboyan 1 Bekasi City. Literacy skills are fundamental abilities that serve as the foundation for children's future academic success. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of five teachers directly involved in teaching using the Abacaga book. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles & Huberman model through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that learning planning was carried out systematically through daily lesson plans adjusted to children's developmental stages. Evaluation was conducted authentically through direct observation and portfolio assessment. Collaboration between teachers and parents proved to be a key success factor in implementing the Abacaga book. The advantages of this book lie in its attractive visual design and systematic gradual approach, while its limitations include limited book availability and activity variations. Challenges faced include differences in children's abilities, time constraints, and lack of parental involvement, which can be addressed through creative approaches and intensive communication. This study concludes that the Abacaga book is effective in developing early childhood literacy skills, provided it is supported by thorough planning, continuous evaluation, and close collaboration between teachers and parents.
